The 195N1013 is an AC drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. Classified in the VLT product group, it modulates motor frequency and voltage so small three-phase machines can follow the speed profiles required in automated process lines. The drive replaces mechanical throttling with electronic regulation, allowing energy-efficient control of centrifugal pumps, fans, and light conveyor sections inside industrial control panels.
This model supplies up to 0.75 kW of electrical output, which corresponds to a motor shaft capability of 1.0 HP. Its rectifier accepts utility power at 380–480 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz from a three-phase network and produces a variable-frequency waveform for asynchronous motors. An IP20 housing protects the internal power module from accidental contact when the unit is installed inside a cabinet. The drive has a standard hardware configuration and is delivered without a coating on its printed circuit boards, making it suitable for clean, controlled cabinet environments. No application option module is installed, and the drive is intended for general process service using parameters that can be adjusted for the connected load. Fieldbus connectivity is not included, so remote commands and status signals must use hardwired I/O, while local operation remains available through the front controls.
The enclosure uses a slim book-style format, allowing multiple drives to be mounted side by side while maintaining the required airflow clearances. For process equipment, the drive uses linear acceleration and deceleration ramps suited to applications such as flow regulation and conveyor speed control. The unit is supplied without an EMC filter, so external radio-frequency interference suppression must be added where conducted-emissions limits apply. Standard protective functions monitor operating conditions and help prevent damage caused by electrical or thermal faults. The absence of fieldbus and application option cards leaves the internal expansion positions unused and keeps control focused on the drive’s local interface and discrete wiring connections.
