The 195N1004 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. The device converts fixed mains power into a variable output that controls the speed and torque of three-phase motors used in process automation. Its compact housing allows it to fit inside space-constrained control cabinets while providing electronic motor control for conveyors, pumps, fans, and other industrial equipment.

The drive has a continuous power rating of 0.55 kW, which corresponds to 0.75 HP of mechanical shaft power. At the rated load, the inverter supplies an output current of 1.3 A and an apparent output power of 1.1 kVA. The input section accepts 380–480 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz with a tolerance of ±10% and requires a three-phase supply. An integrated EN 55011 Class A1 RFI filter limits conducted electrical emissions that could affect nearby equipment. The standard configuration includes a DC-link brake transistor for managing regenerated energy during dynamic stopping. A built-in SLCP display provides direct access to operating parameters and drive settings. The unit uses the base Process profile without application or fieldbus options, and its circuit boards do not have a protective coating.

The book-style enclosure has a height of 200 mm, a width of 75 mm, and a depth of 168 mm. The assembly weighs 2.1 kg, which reduces the mechanical load placed on the cabinet mounting surface. Its IP20 protection level guards against accidental contact with internal electrical parts but does not provide protection against water. Operation without derating is permitted at ambient temperatures up to 45 °C and at installation altitudes up to 1,000 m. The drive can withstand vibration loads of up to 0.7 g under its permitted operating conditions. Adequate cabinet ventilation and protection from moisture, conductive dust, and other contaminants are required because the enclosure is intended for clean indoor electrical cabinets.
