The 195N0215 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss as part of the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. The controller converts fixed mains power into a variable-frequency output that allows connected motors to operate at speeds suited to changing process demands. It can regulate motor-driven equipment in small automation cells, including pumps, fans, conveyors, mixers, and agitators. Adjusting motor speed through the drive can improve process control while reducing unnecessary energy consumption when full-speed operation is not required.
The drive accepts a nominal input of 200–240 V AC and is designed for single-phase service, allowing connection to compatible low-voltage branch circuits without a transformer. Its inverter delivers a continuous mechanical output of 0.55 kW, which corresponds to 0.75 HP for fractional-horsepower motors. This output capacity supports compact machinery that requires controlled acceleration, deceleration, and steady operating speed. The enclosure carries an IP20 rating, which protects against accidental finger contact with hazardous internal components.
