The 195N0041 is a low-voltage AC drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. This book-style converter regulates the speed, torque, and startup profile of small induction motors that support pumps, fans, and general process equipment on factory floors. By modulating output frequency and voltage, it lets industrial controllers match motor performance to real-time demand, lowering energy use and minimizing mechanical wear during continuous or cyclic operation.
The drive connects to three-phase or single-phase mains in the range of 200–240 V AC, so no isolation transformer is required in most panel layouts. When supplied from a single phase, the rectifier draws up to 14.5 A, establishing the minimum fuse or circuit breaker size. The inverter delivers a continuous motor current of 6.0 A and tolerates an overload of 9.6 A for 60 seconds to absorb acceleration peaks. Shaft power reaches 1.1 kW, providing adequate capacity for light conveyors or centrifugal pumps while staying within the thermal limits of the standard configuration. The power electronics, control board, and terminal block share a 75 mm book-style width that enables dense side-by-side mounting in compact cabinets.
The open-chassis construction carries a protection rating of IP20, so the drive must be installed inside a clean control cabinet.
