Product Description:
Danfoss makes the 195H6529 Variable Speed Drive to regulate three-phase motors. Applications requiring variable speed and torque can make use of its effective motor control. The drive's small form factor makes it simple to incorporate into existing industrial automation systems.
With an input voltage range of 208-460V, the 195H6529 variable speed drive is compatible with both single-phase and three-phase systems. An input current rating of 18A is specified. The linked motor can receive up to 10A of current from the three-phase output, which has voltages ranging from 0 to 460V. For easy wiring, the drive has separate terminals for the AC supply (L1, L2, L3, PE) and the motor connections (U, V, W). Operating safely is ensured by the protective earth terminal (PE). For peak performance, the drive has cooling vents and protective coverings. Protecting the internal components from dust and touch, it is rated for an IP20 protection level and should only be used indoors. Operating at temperatures up to 40°C is possible. The drive also satisfies European safety and performance criteria since it is CE certified.
The 195H6529 speed drive's DIN-rail or panel-mountable chassis allows for a wide range of installation possibilities. The drive includes a thermoplastic equipment wire (CSA TEW 105°C 600V), which ensures safe operation at temperatures up to 105°C. The wire insulation, designed to withstand voltages of up to 600V, ensures reliable couplings. A ventilated bottom cover allows air to circulate and prevents the machine from overheating. Even after heavy use, this cooling feature keeps the drive running smoothly. The speed drive is designed to endure regular use in industrial settings that require exact control over motor functions.
