An RFI and motor filter module of the VLT 2000 frequency converter, the Danfoss 195H6525 improves electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and dependable motor performance in industrial settings.
This module may be used in enclosed control cabinets since it has an IP20 enclosure rating. With a maximum current delivery rating of 7.5 A and a three-phase inductance of 120 μH, it efficiently reduces electrical noise and harmonic distortion on motor drive systems. To provide installation flexibility, maximum lengths of 150 m for unscreened cables, 75 m for shielded cables, and 100 m of EMC conformity to EN 55011 1A are supported. Along with providing noise suppression and meeting industrial regulatory standards, it is also built to meet the needs of EMC immunity specifications as outlined in IEC 1000-4 and EMC emission criteria as outlined in EN 55011 Group 1 Class A.
The 195H6525 is a very lightweight and small option that fits nicely into an existing VLT 2000 drive system. The device is around 100 x 110 x 180 mm in dimensions. With a weight of around 2.24 kg, it is small and suitable for installation in control systems. It operates steadily at room temperature up to 40 °C and does not have a cooling fan; instead, it employs a natural cooling mechanism. Both single-phase and three-phase systems can use the module. The unit is single-phase rated at 220/240 V at 50/60 Hz. It runs at a 17 A current, which makes it robust in selected applications. In addition to reducing electrical interference and improving motor performance, motor filtering and RFI suppression also provide a stable drive operating environment for the module.
