The 195H3811 frequency converter is designed to handle output frequencies of up to 500 Hz that allows operation with high speed motors. It offers variable switching frequencies ranging from 2 to 14 kHz to ensure quiet motor operation. The unit also features programmable relay output that allows users to program up to 13 different status or alarm indications. It includes programmable DC braking that helps to adapt the unit for various applications. The Danfoss Voltage Vector Control technology in this converter guarantees full rated motor voltage with no derating. The converter is built to function optimally under different humidity and temperature conditions. It supports a maximum relative humidity of 75 % at + 21 °C with higher humidity allowed for a maximum of 30 days per year. The unit is designed for environmental protection with grounding and short circuit proof features. The speed regulation of the model is accurate with open loop speed variations of ± 0.5 % of rated speed and closed loop variations of ± 0.1 %. This ensures precise motor control across varying loads.
The 195H3811 frequency converter includes advanced thermal protection. It monitors motor temperature based on current, frequency and time. It adapts to reduce cooling at low frequencies due to fan speed reductions. The frequency converter features four digital control inputs that are programmable for functions such as reset, start, stop, quick stop, reversing and digital speed change.
