The 195H3605 is an industrial automation device manufactured by Danfoss to serve as a frequency converter in production and processing machines. The converter is delivered with a display unit that serves as an interface through which operators can interact with it in real time. This display has three display lines and special pressure-sensitive keys. The 195H3605 frequency converter can be used with most types of motor series without the need for the customer to carry out any additional configuration. When a motor is connected, this unit has the ability to adapt to the motor voltage and frequency dynamically. This dynamic ability makes it possible for the motor to be correctly magnetized and ensures a high operational efficiency. The operation principle of this product is the superior Voltage Vector Control (VVC) principle that is independently developed by Danfoss Automation. This control principle guarantees low switching losses, high converter efficiency, and a near-perfect resemblance to the sinusoidal mains supply.

The 195H3605 frequency converter is protected against transients arriving from the mains, and it is also able to calculate the motor’s internal temperature based on the voltage, current, frequency, and time. The result of this calculation helps it to detect and prevent overheating in the motor unit.
