The 195H3601 is an IP20 frequency converter designed by Danfoss Automation to improve automation systems by controlling and monitoring the speed, position, and power output of an industrial motor. The operation of this product is not restricted to a single motor design; customers are allowed the freedom to choose from a wide range of products that are available for use. The installation of this motor unit should be inside an additional cabinet that will provide increased protection according to IP54. At full load operation, the motor should be used in an ambient temperature that is between 0 and about 20 degrees Celsius. The 195H3601 is widely adopted in various industries today, and it has an impressively long service life, which is partly due to its grounding and short-circuit proof protection. During the operation of this product, connected motors are protected from damage caused by extreme temperatures; this protection is provided by an electronic thermal protection integrated into the unit.
The 195H3601 features a three-phase system through which a mains voltage supply of between 208 to about 240 volts is supplied. This voltage should be delivered at a frequency of between 50 to 60 hertz. When this product is not used with a mains filter, its power factor is between 0.5 to about 0.87, and its mains filter is also between 0.65 to about 1.0. At rated load, the operation efficiency of this product is greater than 0.94. The switching on the input of this product occurs at about 5 times per minute.
