Product Description:
One of the VLT 2000 Series frequency converters, the Danfoss 195H3409, is utilized in business environments to effectively and dependably operate motors.
A three-phase supply voltage of 380, 400, 415, 440, and 460 V AC powers the device. With an uninterrupted current output of 7.5 A and an output power of 5 HP (3.7 kW), it provides reliable and predictable performance in a range of industrial uses. The model may be placed in a control cabinet where further exterior environmental protection is possible because of its IP20-rated casing. It complies with EMC to EN 55011 Group 1 Class A and has an option of an RFI filter to provide better electromagnetic compatibility. In unscreened installations, the unit permits a maximum motor cable 40 m length to be used which is compliant with EMC. Because of its design, the 195H3409 is efficient and ensures that there is no energy loss when operating, with an efficiency of over 97% at rated load. The added brake mode gives better control to deceleration and stopping cycles, which adds safety and causes versatile use.
It is rated to ambient temperatures of up to 40 °C and able to withstand relative humidities of up to 95 percent (following IEC 721 and VDE 0160 standards) without condensing. It has a tolerance of vibration of 0.7 g, which means that it guarantees a stable performance in industrial conditions related to moderate mechanical strain. The unified display gives real-time operations information and configuration settings directly on it, providing easy setup and observation. An extremely high power factor over 0.90 and as high as one (1.0) at rated load, the 195H3409 can maintain efficient power consumption and lower reactive power demand.
