Product Description:

The 195H3407 is a frequency converter unit belonging to the VLT 2000 product series produced by Danfoss engineering. This converter is designed for the monitoring and control of industrial motors. It is a flexible product that can be adapted to suit a broad range of industrial applications. Unlike conventional converters, the unique design of this product makes it relatively easy for me to integrate and install it into the servo system; it also allows for the use of both screened and unscreened cables for its motor connection. However, control cables used with this product must be screened. The 195H3407 is a three-phase device that operates with a supply voltage that falls between 380 to about 460 volts. During operation, this converter uses a sophisticated and completely novel Voltage Vector Control (VVC) principle which is developed by Danfoss and is superior to the common and traditional Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) principle that is more widely used in frequency controller units.

The 195H3407 frequency converter is able to dynamically adapt its operation to the voltage and frequency required by the motor it operates with. This flexibility ensures the accurate magnetization of the motor and also provides optimum dynamics, accuracy, and operation efficiency in the servo system. This converter is also suited for most motors designed for use in production and processing systems, as long as it is configured by well-trained personnel. The recommended installation orientation for the 195H3407 frequency converter unit is vertical; it should be installed in a control panel with enough clearance left above and below its housing to allow for easy movement of cool air in and around its housing.

The 195H3407 frequency converter unit features a display unit that makes the monitoring of its operation easier; it also features a brake that is factory installed.
