A member of the VLT 2000 Series, the Danfoss 195H3109 is an AC drive with an integrated display that makes it simple to monitor and configure.
It employs a 3-phase 208-240 V AC input and is meant for use in precision motor control in a factory setting. It also provides a fixed output current of 7.5 A. This drive delivers an output of 3.1 kVa at steady-state power. It may also be used with small to medium-sized motors because it has an average shaft power output of 2.2 kW (3 HP). With a broad output voltage range of 0 to 100% of the mains supply voltage and a configurable output frequency of 0 to 120 Hz or up to 0 to 500 Hz, it may be used for both conventional and unique motor control applications. The rated motor frequencies are 50 Hz, 60 Hz, 87 Hz, and 100 Hz to suit local and international electricity standards.
The 195H3109 must be installed inside an enclosure that is IP20. Such a rating assures that the unit is mounted within an enclosed control cabinet, thus offering sufficient safety with sound reliability in the industry. It also contains an inbuilt electronic thermal protection that prevents heat buildup in motors that are joined to it. The standard maximum supported motor cable (with optional inductors extendable to 300 m) is 40 m.
