Product Description:
This latest MCX module represents the designation 080G0109. It originates from Danfoss within the MCX Programmable Controllers family. The module’s power supply reads 24 V AC ±15% at 50/60 Hz or 20–60 V DC and allows flexibility across AC or DC systems. Its power consumption registers at 6 W or 9 VA and thus supports efficient energy usage. Further, the analog inputs number 4 (two universal and two configurable for NTC or 0–1 V or 0–5 V) and therefore it permits varied sensor compatibility.
This commercial programmable unit offers 8 digital inputs that operates via voltage-free contacts and serve robust interface control. The analog outputs of three in total (two that switch between 0/10 V DC, PWM or PPM and one that supports PWM or PPM), enabling precise analog control. Its relay outputs include 5 SPST normally open 5 A relays with one SPDT 8 A relay to support diversified load demands. Mounting conforms to DIN-rail format across four DIN modules which fits standard electrical panels. The controller’s display utilizes LEDs to deliver concise status feedback. The serial interface employs RS485 Modbus protocol with optoisolation, isolating communication from primary circuits.
