The 132H2235 is a three-phase soft starter produced by Danfoss in the MCD Soft Starters series. Installed between the line supply and an induction motor, it limits inrush current and mechanical stress during ramp-up and ramp-down. By modulating line voltage through its thyristor stack, the unit enables smoother acceleration and deceleration, which can reduce wear on gearboxes, belts, and other driven loads in industrial equipment.
