The VACONX5C2S050C frequency converter is a sophisticated motion control device that combines with a servo motor to form an intelligent system that can follow specific configuration instructions and maintain a high efficiency level throughout its service life. It comes with a strong metallic enclosure that provides reliable protection and can be easily integrated into the servo system. As soon as an error is detected, the drive stops and an appropriate error message is displayed on the display screen of the product. After the error has been fixed, operators can initiate a reset through the fault reset key present on it. The VACONX5C2S050C frequency converter is equipped with a heatsink, which plays an important role in the dissipation of excess heat from the converter.
The VACONX5C2S050C should be installed indoors in an environment that does not expose it to relative humidity levels higher than 95 per cent, and ambient temperatures outside the range of -10 to about 40 degrees. The motor cables used with this product should not be installed in parallel with other cables in the servo system, as this can cause interference. If parallel installation of different cable types is unavoidable, a minimum distance of 0.3 meters should be maintained between them.
