The 178B2136 is a decentralized AC drive produced by Danfoss within the FCD 300 Micro Drives series. The FCD 300 unit mounts close to the motor so that speed control and local I/O can be placed directly on the equipment. It is supplied with a standard factory coating that protects internal circuitry against moisture and airborne contaminants. Wiring enters through cable glands because the unit does not have a terminal box.
