Product Description:
The 134X1906 is a state-of-the-art product that belongs to the VLT decentral drive FCD 300 from Danfoss Automation. It is a unique device characterized by a small housing design that simplifies installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance for industrial operators. This drive is a standalone device that can be operated with a broad range of motor series, including induction or permanent magnet motors with a power output that falls between 0.55 to about 7.5 kilowatts. Compared to conventional motor units, this product is significantly more capable of maintaining efficient operation in wet, corrosive and polluted environments due to the IP66 Protection of its enclosure. There is a DC choke built into the housing of this product, which reduces the Total Harmonic Distortion in the product by up to 46 per cent, providing an extended drive service life and a significantly minimized harmonic load of the mains.
The 134X1906 already boasts of a high degree of protection and can be directly installed into the servo system without the need for a control cabinet or long motor cables. This saves the operator cost, no matter the kind of system design preferred. In the servo system, this unit will automatically adapt to the operation requirements of any kind of motor provided by the operators. It automatically sets operation parameters and ensures an energy-efficient operation without the interference of the operator.
The maintenance of the 134X1906 has been made significantly easier by the manufacturer; faulty components can be easily removed and replaced during malfunction. By monitoring the speed and current of the connected motor, this drive can detect situations where the belt connected to the motor has been disconnected. It immediately communicates this to the operator by raising an alarm.
