Product Description:
The Danfoss 080Z0032 is an Extension Module 4AI+4AO that adds more inputs and outputs to Danfoss Electronic Climate Controllers. This little module has four analogue inputs and four analogue outputs, which makes it perfect for systems where the main controller doesn't have enough built-in connections. The module is good for a lot of temperature control and monitoring tasks. It is well-built and works well between -20°C and 55°C. It also has an IP10 casing for basic protection. The 080Z0032 module's analogue inputs can read voltage signals, contact signals, and temperature sensors like the Pt1000. The module has a fine resolution of 0.1°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C for the Pt1000 input, which means it can measure and adjust temperature very accurately.
It also works with AKS 32R and AKS 32 pressure transmitters, giving a resolution of 1 mV and an accuracy of ±20 mV. The analogue outputs send out 0–10 V signals, which are often used to regulate the speed of frequency converters and other analogue operations. Each output can handle a maximum load current of 2.5 mA.
It is easy to install since the extension module plugs into the preceding module in the sequence. The module gets its power straight from the AK controller it is attached to, which makes wiring and power management easier. Depending on what the pressure transmitter needs, it may use either 5 V (up to 25 mA) or 12 V (up to 100 mA) as its supply power. The 080Z0032 module has three galvanically separated groups to stop signals from interfering with each other. One group is for the inputs and associated power supply, another is for analogue outputs 1 and 2, and the third is for analogue outputs 3 and 4.
