The Danfoss MBD1000 is a highly stable and compact accessory that has an exact signal monitoring for use in industries.
Designed to use 4-20mA input signals in a 2-wire system, it is compatible with a large selection of process control systems. This unit has a maximum input current of 40 mA, with reverse polarity protection, which helps to protect the device against errors in the wiring, as well as guarantee its reliability in terms of long life. The MBD1000 has a readable LCD that can display 10 mm characters and is therefore easy to read even in a busy factory. It can show the values of -1999 to 9999 and offers the flexibility of a wide range of measurement uses. The major strength is that it is accurate with a measuring precision of 0.2% ± 1 digit, and that temperature drift is low at 100 ppm/°C, and the instrument is stable in different environmental conditions. The device is powered by a measuring frequency of three readings per second, providing rapid and steady updates. It supports three filter stages to improve usability, such as reducing noise and flattening signals when needed.
The MBD1000 has an ABS housing and a polycarbonate front, making it very strong and resilient.
