Product Description:
The 175Z2619 AKS 3000 Pressure Transmitter from Danfoss fits inside the Danfoss Cables and Accessories series, and the steel housing on this model stands out right away. This sensor runs on 10 to 30 V DC supply voltage and delivers a signal right between 4 to 20 mA for reliable pressure readings all shift long. With a IP65 plug or IP67 cable enclosure rating, exposure to splashes or even heavy dust isn’t much of a problem here. The part uses AISI 316L stainless steel (also known as EN 1.4404), so getting rust or corrosion on this transmitter is unlikely, even where air, water, and chemicals move around a lot.
Temperature range really gets stretched in the 175Z2619, allowing for operation from -40 to 85°C. Compensated readings stay tight, all through 0 to 80°C. If pressure ever spikes past the normal ratings, the transmitter holds together up to at least 300 bar burst pressure, which means that unwanted blowouts are not something to stress about. The threaded port fits the familiar 1/4-18 NPT connection, making it easier to swap or install without special tools. Non-linearity is held inside ±0.2% full scale, while hysteresis stays low at ≤ ±0.1% full scale, keeping readings reliable.
Total weight is 0.3 kg, making handling easy during install or replacements, and the compact build tucks out of the way in crowded enclosures. Approvals like UL and CE mark the transmitter for wider markets, plus industrial spaces where documentation is needed for compliance. It fits right into factory process lines, test rigs, and fluid power stations where daily pressure changes happen. Performance remains stable since all the connections and housing are built to resist typical shocks, handling, and washdown.
