The model 130B1243 is an I/O expansion module for FC 100 frequency converters. It increases available connections by providing three configurable analog inputs and three analog outputs. The inputs can be used as voltage inputs ranging from 0 – 10 V DC or as temperature sensor inputs using PT1000 and NI1000 sensors. Each input supports a current range of 0/4–20 mA when configured for voltage input. The accuracy of temperature measurement is ± 1 K within - 50 °C to + 150 °C while voltage measurement has 0.2 % full scale accuracy at the calculated temperature. The resolution is 11 bits for temperature and 10 bits for voltage inputs. The input sampling rates are 3 Hz for temperature and 2.4 Hz for voltage. The impedance of voltage inputs is 5 kΩ. The analog outputs provide a voltage level from 0 – 10 V DC with 11 bit resolution. Each output has 1 % full scale linearity and supports a maximum load of 1 mA. The inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated to ensure reliable operation and electrical safety. The module uses modular technology that allows easy retrofit and integration into existing installations. This enables simple expansion of control capacity without significant downtime or rewiring.
