Product Description:
This Danfoss 130B1196 Modbus TCP interface can be parameterized using the MCT10 software. The interface comprises two ports, which eliminates the need for external hardware. This product also supports flexible bus topologies. The device supports the Modbus TCP Ethernet-based protocol for industrial automation. This unit can handle connection intervals in both directions in a period of as low as 5 ms. It supports hot swapping between two masters for master redundancy. The interface comes in a standard design without any coating.
This product has an integrated web server to read out the basic parameters of the drive and assist in remote diagnosis. The device allows email notifications to be configured to inform recipients when warnings or alarms occur and/or are cleared. This unit has compatibility with selected HVAC, refrigeration, AQUA, automation, and decentral drives from the manufacturer. It is delivered along with a fieldbus connector, a strain relief, an LCP cradle, and an EMC bracket. The interface’s ground connection must have low HF impedance. This product should incorporate a high-strand wire for the ground connection to cut down the burst transients. The device supports mounting in a FC series drive with the Ethernet port facing upwards for the cable to pass through. This unit uses cables like CAT5e and CAT6e cables that support Ethernet cables for industrial applications. It houses a high-performance switch.
