The 130B1143 component is made by Danfoss and joins the line-up of Danfoss Cables and Accessories for industrial setups. This device includes three analog inputs and supports a voltage range from 0 to 10 VDC. Engineers get a choice of hooking up Pt1000 or Ni1000 temperature sensors, with each one easy to connect thanks to flexible wiring options. The resolution on the voltage side is 10 bits, and for temperature readings it jumps to 11 bits, so readings on control screens end up sharp and easy to follow. Accuracy lands at ±1 K at –50 °C for temperature probes, making it easier to hit narrow control goals in tight spaces.
There are also three analog outputs, and they can be set inside the same 0-10 VDC output range, matching what a regular automation system expects. Getting feedback right works out thanks to those 11 bits of analog output resolution. For amps, currents up to 0-20 mA pass if a 510 Ω resistor is included in the sensor loop. That opens up options to add different process sensors or even little field devices in custom systems if needed. The cable connections run smooth, with a maximum analog input load impedance of 5 kΩ, so signal loss is rarely a worry. Connections are shielded well, keeping electronic noise well out, which helps the temperature and voltage readings stay steady.
Temperature span for inputs goes wide, starting as cold as –50 °C and peaking at +150 °C. Standardization helps too, since the Pt1000 follows IEC 60751 and Ni1000 sticks to DIN 43760 — both sensible bits for production lines built over the years.
