The 080G3458 Electronic Refrigerant Control is a multipurpose controller designed for commercial refrigeration. It manages high, medium and low temperature systems with flexible defrost options including natural, electrical and hot gas compatibility. It provides stable operation, reliable temperature regulation and energy efficient control for various refrigeration applications.
The 080G3458 electronic refrigerant control from Danfoss operates as an integrated temperature sensing system for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning applications. It uses a regulated low voltage power supply that functions on 115 V AC or 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz with rated power consumption under 0.7 W. The inputs of this model include multiple sensor channels, digital signals and a programming key. Allowed sensor types are NTC 5000 Ohm at 25 °C, NTC 10000 Ohm at 25 °C, PTC 990 Ohm at 25 °C and Pt1000 sensors. The supplied kit includes an NTC 10000 Ohm sensor at 25 °C with a cable length of 1.5 m. The measuring range extends from – 40 °C to 105 °C (-40 °F to 221 °F). The controller accuracy is ± 1 K below -35 °C, ± 0.5 K between -35 °C and 25 °C and ± 1 K above 25 °C. The type of action is 1B (relay). This model includes smart evaporator fan management, night mode and defrost on demand functions that minimize energy consumption while maintaining stable cooling.
The 080G3458 electronic refrigerant control incorporates four push buttons, a large LED display with three digits, decimal point, multifunction icons and selectable °C or °F scales. The outputs include four relays: Relay 1 (16 A), Relay 2 (8 A), Relay 3 (3 A) and Relay 4 (2 A).
