The Danfoss Cables and Accessories 027H3200 is a pilot-operated servo valve designed particularly for use in industrial refrigeration. This valve can handle a valve size of DN 32 (1-1/4 in.) and a maximum working pressure of 65 bar. The top cover has many ports that can be turned, and it is zinc-chromated to make it more resistant to rust and last longer in tough conditions. The 027H3200 servo valve is part of the ICS family of ICV (Industrial Control Valve) products. It is made up of three basic parts: the valve body, a function module, and the top cover. In both high- and low-pressure refrigeration systems, ICS pilot-operated servo valves are often utilized to control temperature, pressure, and ON/OFF operations.

They work well with a wide variety of refrigerants, such as HCFC, HFC, R717 (ammonia), and R744 (CO₂), and they can handle temperatures from –60°C to +120°C (–76°F to +248°F). It is not a good idea to use with flammable hydrocarbons. For these kinds of uses, one should talk to Danfoss. The valve may be utilized on both the high and low sides of refrigeration circuits, such as wet and dry suction lines and liquid lines where the valve doesn't change phases. Pilot pressure is what makes it work, and it might come from either a pilot valve or an outside source.

There are ICS valves with either one or three pilot pressure connections. In the three-pilot version (ICS 3), ports SI and SII are linked in series. This means that the main valve will shut if either pilot valve is closed and will only open when both are open. The P port works alongside SI and SII, which means that the main valve may completely open if the P port pilot valve is open, no matter what the SI and SII are doing.
