The 027H1180 is an ICM 20-A function module from Danfoss's Cables and Accessories line. This powerful module is made of low-temperature direct-weld steel, which makes it durable and reliable even in harsh industrial refrigeration settings. It is small and light, making it easy to control the valve accurately. The module lets one quickly activate it, with cycles of opening and shutting taking just three seconds.
ICM motor-operated valves are part of the ICV (Industrial Control Valve) family. They are one of two primary product categories, the other being ICS pilot-operated servo valves. The valve body, top cover, function module, and actuator are the four main parts of the ICM valve assembly. The top cover and function module are united to make installation and maintenance easier. They come in sizes from ICM 20 to ICM 65. ICAD motors move these valves, and just two actuator sizes are required to span the whole ICM range (DN 20 to DN 150). Its balanced construction makes sure that the forces that open and close are the same, which helps with both precision and durability. The V-port regulating cone gives one the best control, particularly when the load is low, and the PTFE seat makes sure the valve is very tight.
