Product Description:

The EA800-30150 limit switch is from the EA800 line of products. This model offers reliable switching operations when used under ideal operating conditions. The limit switch is an integral part of industrial automation facilities.

The EA800-30150 limit switch comes with triple pole contact installation and has 3 x open and 3 x closed contacts. The actuation enables precise toggling while maintaining specific travel angles. The rotation angle is 18°, while the reset angle is 14°. It is recommended to travel at a 30° angle for a total of 90°. At 20 A, the switch can handle 125 V AC power and at 5 A it can handle 125 V DC power. At 250V, the limit switch can support 15 A for AC and 1.5 A for DC. The switch is also capable of handling 10 amps at 480V and 5 amps at 600V AC. It is possible to run the switch constantly within a power factor range of 75% to 100%. Lever adjustments can be made in 7°30' increments up to a complete 360°. When reliable switching performance and predetermined mechanical action are necessities in industrial automation, the EA800 limit switch is the way to go.

The EA800-30150 limit switch can withstand surrounding temperatures under -20°C to +90°C. The cam action actuation mechanism in the limit switch allows for clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. The switch enclosure complies with various NEMA classifications from (class 4 to 9). The switch is designed to work under specific conditions and has a million-cycle life. Mechanical precision and durability are the key characteristics of switch performance. The limit switch meets application standards for electrical durability and actuation dependability.
