Danaher produces the SS700U Synchronous Motor as a precise solution for motion control applications and industrial automation. The 120 VAC supply powers this device while it operates under single-phase systems. Even though it receives 60 Hz power the motor spins at 72 RPM. When supplied with a 50 Hz input frequency the device moves at 60 RPM.
Balanced system performance depends on the R/C phase shifting network in the SS700U motor design. The motor starts better and achieves improved operation smoothness when loaded. This motor produces torque at a level of 700 oz-in which translates to 494 N-cm. The established torque output maintains a reliable output performance in controlled-speed systems. The device consumes a steady power amount of 1.1 amps during operation at 120 VAC voltage. The SS700U motor exists as part of the Superior Electric Slo-Syn series. The Slo-Syn product line provides both precise operational performance and extended operational durability. This device achieves basic protection against solid objects because it has an IP42 rating. The Class B standards determine the thermal stability properties of the insulation system. The motor operates effectively in temperatures between -40°C and 60°C without limits.
