Product Description:
Danaher produced the SS700G9 Synchronous Motor as an industrial-grade precision unit. This Synchronous Motor utilizes a single-phase electricity supply that runs at 120 VAC. Developed for industrial automation, this motor operates at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz frequencies to enhance its compatibility with domestic and international power system networks.
Speed control through the SS700G9 motor remains stable at exactly 6.66 rpm and 8 rpm speed values based on the supply frequency. The unit operates at a constant 1.1 A line current, allowing efficient performance under different loading situations. The electrical setup of this motor design will maintain smooth operations by reducing instability and power fluctuations in automated systems. The SS700G9 motor generates a minimal operating torque output of 700 oz-in (4.94 N-cm) which lets it manage tough mechanical burdens under slow speed conditions. Reliable torque transmission exists because shaft loading measures 25 (111) torque units. The device contains an element 201052-027 which functions as the resistor. The 150-ohm resistor supports phase adjustment and energy dissipation when operating at 100 watts while starting up and during normal operation. The phase control components achieve startup strain reduction while providing torque stability across the operation.
The NEMA 42 standard frame of SS700G9 motor houses the motor. The chosen frame size meets the demands of rugged applications while supporting standard shaft and coupler systems that are commonly used. The motor system contains a 12.5μF capacitor that works as its phase-shifting device. The electrical wiring information for this motor is located under reference 50 (222) to help users achieve proper installation together with the electrical setup. The motor functions continuously in automated fixed-speed conditions to reach precise speed levels while running at low RPMs.
