Product Description:

The HS35R1024AX7838 Dynapar Encoder is manufactured by Danaher and generates 1,024 pulses per revolution. For industrial applications, this encoder provides accurate motion tracking and control. This encoder has a hollow bore shaft of 16mm, which enables it to be mounted directly on standard shafts without needing additional couplings, allowing a tight fit and minimizing mechanical play during operation.

This encoder supports a differential ABZ output format with a 7272 line driver to give a strong signal integrity through long cable runs. These differential signals show better resistance to electrical interference and make this encoder suitable for high electromagnetic noise applications. This encoder operates within a broad input voltage range of 5 to 26 VDC, whereas the output also gives the same voltage range to match with broad industrial control systems. The quadrature phasing of this HS35R1024AX7838 dynapar encoder is maintained at 90° ± 30° electrical to provide an accurate sensing of direction. This allows precise measurements of velocity and position. The signal symmetry is rated at 180° ± 25° electrical for providing uniform high and low times within each pulse cycle. This encoder has a starting torque of 0.0706 Nm which permits the encoder to work with low friction and resistance on the shaft and reduces the stress on connected components.

The HS35R1024AX7838 encoder is equipped with ABEC 1 standard precision-ball bearings, having high reliability in rotation stability. This encoder has a 12-pin connector termination along with a mating connector for easy and secure integration with control systems while reducing wiring complexity. For applications requiring high-humidity ratings, this encoder tolerates the conditions of up to 98% non-condensing moisture. The electrical immunity, such as reverse polarity protection and short circuit protection against internal circuitries, is also a feature of this encoder.
