The Dynapar encoder HS35R1024A372 is manufactured specifically for motion control applications that require high precision. The encoder produces high-resolution information through its 1024 pulses per revolution (PPR) output that enables real-time position tracking accuracy.
This encoder contains a differential ABZ output format for high-speed performance with electrical noise immunity. The encoder generates an output from 7272 line driver circuits that accepts an input voltage between 5 to 26VDC for a corresponding 5-26VDC output. This compatible range ensures easy integration of this encoder with various control systems and drives. The HS35R1024A372 Dynapar encoder features a 16 mm bore dimension that enables direct shaft mounting when the shaft diameter matches the specified bore measurement. For mechanical stability, this encoder employs a slotted tether fixing to give a solid linkage to diminish the influence of mechanical drift and vibration. The maximum rated continuous operating speed of this encoder is 6000 RPM. This encoder also provides maximum frequency response up to 125 KHz for accurate signal generation.
