This HR62510240341 Encoder relates to the Dynapar Encoders series. Danaher is the leading manufacturer of these encoders which provides precise motion feedback, resists shock and vibration and has flexible electrical interfacing.
This HR62510240341 encoder generates pulses as the shaft rotates which provides relative position and speed feedback. It uses a light source and photodetector to detect shaft rotation and deliver high accuracy and resolution. It outputs 1024 pulses for every full turn of the shaft. This module has input voltage range between 5-26 VDC which makes it compatible with a variety of control systems. It is able to output 5-26 VDC which is matching input voltage range and ensures signal compatibility. The module can generate pulses faster with speed of 100 kHz which means it supports high speed applications. It comes with a duty cycle 45-55% which indicates the balance between high and low states in each pulse. It is featured with a military style circular connector with 10 pins which is robust and widely used.
