Product Description
The HR62501000021 sensor system is a part of the Dynapar Encoders, which also includes the incremental optical encoder from Danaher.
This device can produce complementary voltage pairs, two-channel quadrature (A and B), and a one-index Z signal. It can also take 1 to 1024 pulses per revolution output. With a 22.5 degree electrical tolerance, Channel A maintains its lead over Channel B in both clockwise and counterclockwise movement while tracking at 90 degrees from the shaft end position. This gadget works best with an electrical supply that is between 5 and 26 VDC at 80 mA (output loads excluded). It has outputs like a push-pull or open collector that each produce 40 mA and a differential line driver for a sink/source of up to 100 mA. At very high temperatures, the indexing output reaches 75 kHz, while the encoder generates data at a minimum of 100 kHz. Automatic electrical safety mechanisms are built into the device to protect against the dangers of improper wiring and short circuits. Along with matching 7-pin and 10-pin coupling components, the HR62501000021 provides a variety of connection options, including cable exit, M12 connector, and MS connector.
With the device's movable sleeve mounts, you may fasten it to shafts of either 1/4 or 3/8 diameter. Shaft loading of 80 lbs axial and 80 lbs radial at 0.25 from the encoder surface is supported by its design. Shaft speeds no greater than 10,000 RPM are ideal for the device's operation. Because of its Mylar disc, stainless steel, and aluminum construction, the encoder is robust in any environment. Although it can withstand 0 to 85 degrees Celsius, the device operates between 0 and 70 degrees Celsius. This gadget can withstand 20G vibration levels and 50G shock hits while handling temperature fluctuations ranging from -40degrees C to 90degrees C. For several manufacturing applications, it can endure dust and survive washdown procedures thanks to its NEMA4/IP66 protection. It can be purchased at Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty.
