Product Description

The HR5250100850L Incremental encoder from Danaher is a highly accurate rotating feedback device made for detecting position. The encoder is designed for industrial automation and provides stable incremental signal outputs that allow for dual-channel operation.

The HR5250100850L incremental encoder takes a voltage input range of 5 to 26 VDC and gives off an open collector electrical signal. Two incremental channels with outputs make up the encoder, and they can communicate with one another to transmit signals in either direction. An indexed marking channel and a differential output system allow the encoder to locate the correct location. It features a 3/8-inch shaft on one end and a shafted fastening type on the other. There is no shaft seal included with the encoder. The end of the wire is 6 feet long and has an exit, however, the connector is not included. No mode switching is required for operation of the encoder, which is capable of working in temperatures ranging from 0 to 70 degrees Celsius. The bolt circle is 1.88 inches in diameter and complies with NEMA 12 regulations. There is no LED output indicator on the encoder, and it is not explosion-proof.

The HR5250100850L encoder has the ID DNHR_ENCO_HR25_8_L and is a non-commutating encoder. There is a total of 4.15 inches of depth, 2.66 inches of breadth, and 1.91 inches of height. With its built-in bearings, this encoder is ideal for use in industrial classification tasks. It belongs to the HR25 series and has 100 pulses each revolution. The encoder is housed in a compact and strong housing and generates signals with optical sensing technology. The HR525 encoder works well in situations where it needs to be small and the signal needs to be strong.
