Product Description
The H220005032021 model of Dynapar Encoders from Danaher assists in precise motion applications across industrial settings.
The device works well with motion control systems because it adjusts speed output automatically from 1 to 2540 pulses per revolution (PPR) of measurement. The encoder provides two-phase AB signal outputs and lets you add Index (Z) and complementary outputs to boost measurement performance. From the encoder shaft viewpoint, Channel A consistently reaches B first during counterclockwise movement to deliver reliable rotational direction findings. The encoder positions signals with 90-degree electrical accuracy within an error range of 22.5 degrees to deliver precise location measurements. The encoder takes power input from 5 to 26 VDC at 80 mA maximum when not sending signals to attached devices. It provides outputs using three different circuits: a 7273 Open Collector draws up to 40 mA, a 7272 Push-Pull pair delivers up to 40 mA in both directions, and a 4469 Difference Line Driver works with 100 mA of source and sink capacity. The available output selections enable easy connection to different systems. The system tracks motions quickly through frequencies between 100 kHz and 75 kHz based on temperature extension requirements.
The product line provides 10 mm, 1/4 inch, and 3/8 inch shaft sizes that work with specific shaft loading limits: 80 lbs radial and axial for ≤1024 PPR resolutions and 40 lbs for >1024 PPR resolutions. For resolutions below 1024, the encoder lets operators run at 10,000 RPM while settings above 1024 call for 5,000 RPM. The device features aluminum parts with stainless steel components and a disk made of glass or plastic materials, depending on the setup resolution. This product works well in many temperature settings between 40 to 70degrees C for operational use (+85degrees C possible) and between -40 to +90 degrees C for storage. The parts tolerate 50 G's of shock when hit with an 11 ms impact and remain steady during 5 to 2000 Hz vibrations at 20 G's. The H220005032021 encoder offers NEMA12/IP54 and NEMA4/IP66 waterproof and dust-resistant features inside its durable package for secure use in tough settings.
