The AI25001321127 Absolute encoder is a high-precision motion feedback encoder manufactured by Danaher. The encoder is compatible with many integration standards and has a standard form factor, making it perfect for industrial automation. The encoder meets the system requirements for consistent and precise placement.
The AI25001321127 absolute encoder guarantees accurate data every revolution with its single-turn resolution of 13 bits. The encoder's input power range of 10-30 VDC makes it suitable for systems with changing voltage levels. The usual mounting configuration of the encoder is capable of supporting shafts that have a diameter of three-eighths of an inch. The shaft seal is not included with the encoder. To accommodate common connection configurations, a 17-pin radial CW connector from M23 Conin was used. The operational temperature range is from -40°C to 100°C. Spilled water and grime are effectively prevented by its IP64 rating. Optical sensing, which uses light transmission technology, enables the AI encoder to deliver accurate feedback. Electrical and safety standards have been met by the encoder, as it has been validated by the CE, cUL, and UL. The encoder is not explosion-proof when constructing the system.
