Product Description:

The Danaher H5602401443 is an advanced incremental optical shafted encoder that is intended to be utilized in industrial motion control systems. It belongs to the Dynapar Encoders series and has a resolution of 8192 to 10000 PPR. The encoder provides two-channel quadrature output signals so that the signals can be transmitted with minimal distortion. It has a maximum 10,000 RPM shaft speed, which makes it ideal for high-speed operations. Another advantage of the encoder is electrical input push-pull of 10 to 30 VDC & line driver input of 5 VDC ~ 10%, hence compatible with several control systems.

The H5602401443 is designed to provide high durability through an aluminum casing, a stainless-steel shaft and a glass disc. Its shaft has a 3/8-inch diameter, and it is capable of holding up to 35 lbs of radial load and up to 24 lbs of axial mechanical load on the bearings. The encoder also comes with phase sense detection, with channel A in front of channel B during counterclockwise shaft rotation. It consists of a horizontal accuracy of ~10.8 degrees per PPR on the same channel and a vertical accuracy of ~40 degrees per PPR on the opposite channel, thus enabling fine motion control.

This encoder can work at a temperature of 0 to +70 degrees C and storage temperatures of -25 to +90 degrees C, so this device can be used in different climatic conditions. It has a minimum frequency response of 200 kHz for push-pull output and 300 kHz for line driver output which enhances the signal handling capacity. The Danaher H5602401443 is designed especially for applications in the industrial automation field and provides reliable high accuracy and compatibility with current motion control systems.
