Product Description:

The H220001001225 Dynapar encoder comes from the manufacturing facility of Danaher for Industrial automation applications. The encoder starts with 1.0 oz-in torque when no shaft seal is present yet can exert 2.0 oz-in torque with the additional presence of a shaft seal. The encoder generates square waves that rise and fall within 1-microsecond intervals while operating on a 1000 pF load.

This H220001001225 Dynapar encoder offers three different termination methods which comprise MS Connector M12 Connector and Cable Exit for diverse installation needs. The device supports three different drive shaft measurements consisting of 10 mm 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch. The encoder outputs two quadrature signals A and B and optional Index Z and complementary signals from its two channels. The allowable limits for resolutions 1024 PPR and above are 40 lbs and 5,000 RPM. This encoder offers 7273 Open Collector sinking at 40 mA but also features 7272 Push-Pull capabilities to source or sink 40 mA alongside two variations of Differential Line Drivers with 7272 or 4469 formats delivering 40 or 100 mA driving power. The constructed assembly implements Signal A as the reference signal for Signal B during counter-clockwise rotation while preserving a 90° equation between outputs with an electrical accuracy of ±22.5°.

The H220001001225 Dynapar encoder requires an input voltage between 5 to 26 VDC while consuming up to 80 mA current when the output load is not present. The encoder works along with both loading conditions and rotational speed based on its resolution rate. The device provides 80 lbs radial or axial load capacity along with 10,000 RPM speed when configured for resolutions below 1024 PPR. The parameter set of the encoder allows it to function at 100 kHz for frequency response and 75 kHz for index response during extended temperature operations.
