Product Description:
Danaher produces the EN441024A30 Encoder for use in robotics and other forms of industrial automation. In order to meet the demands of accurate motion control and positioning, the encoder supplies incremental feedback.
Installing the encoder is simple due to its 100mm IEC flange attachment style. The EN441024A30's hub is a flexible shaft coupling made of stainless steel and has a diameter of 16mm. Aluminum alloy, which has been powder-coated and anodized black, comprises the housing and flange. The encoder's 100mm IEC flange mounting style makes installation a snap. The encoder's hub is a flexible shaft coupling made of stainless steel and measures 16 mm in diameter. Supporting field wiring, the connection type is a conduit box. At 7.3 pounds in weight, the encoder can reach speeds of up to 6,000 revolutions per minute. With an input voltage range of 7 to 26 VDC, the EN encoder can produce an output signal of 5 VDC. Consistent with a resolution of 1024 pulses per revolution, the encoder delivers incremental signals A, A', B, B', Z, and Z'. Up to 125 kHz is the highest frequency it can handle. A 4428 line driver supports the output and makes sure the signal stays intact. A duty cycle of 41.7% to 58.3% is possible.
To ensure safe operation, the encoder has features to prevent reverse polarity and short circuits. The EN441024A30 encoder has IP67 ingress protection, which keeps dust and water out. The encoder can work in entirely non-condensing humidity at storage temperatures ranging from -50°C to +100°C. For 11 milliseconds, the encoder can withstand 50G of mechanical stress and 20G of vibration from 5 to 2000 Hz. The setup is such that it may be easily integrated with common control systems. Both accuracy and dependability are supported by the design even when subjected to changing loads.
