By integrating velocity, torque, and position loops into a single enclosure, the controller simplifies cabinet wiring and gives machine builders a compact method for coordinating complex, synchronized movements on the factory floor.
The power section accepts a line supply of 3 × 400 VAC and provides a continuous output current of 7 A, while short acceleration bursts can reach a peak current of 20 A. With a continuous power rating of 3.4 kW, the device can support medium-frame servomotors while remaining within its thermal limits. Its internal IGBTs switch at 4 kHz, which affects current ripple and acoustic noise during operation. Power conversion operates at 95% efficiency, limiting cabinet heat and reducing cooling requirements.
