The module delivers continuous current at 40C with 4, 7, 15, or 30A which supports stable long-term operation. It achieves continuous RMS current at 40C with 2.2, 4.5, 10.5, or 21A. ensuring a reliable performance under sustained stress. The device allows continuous power at 40C with 1.4, 3.0, 6.3, or 13.8kW in order to meet high energy demands efficiently. It requires a minimum motor inductance of 10, 8, 6, or 3mH (phase-to-phase), optimizing dynamic response across different variants. The controller maintains an efficiency of 95% at continuous current which maximizes energy utilization. It guarantees speed linearity of less than 1% and enforces torque linearity of ±1% of full scale plus ±2% of command value which secures accurate force reproduction. It also features a current open loop bandwidth of 2kHz and permits a rapid response in control loops. The component operates at a DC bus voltage of 570VDC with a tolerance of +10%/-20%, accommodating voltage fluctuations. It further regulates shunt voltage in a range of 670 to 700VDC and further initiates shutdown at a DC bus voltage between 700 and 725VDC to protect the system during overvoltage conditions.
