Product Description:

DMC2 30515P is a great motion controller by DMC Motion Controllers series from Danaher. It is speed linear with less than 1% deviation for accurate speed control in precise motion tasks. It has 1% of full scale plus 2% of command value torque linearity and predictably produces force output at ±1%. The current open loop bandwidth is from 2kHz allows the short response in open loop control systems. The switching frequency used in this module is 4kHz that guarantees fast switching in control loops.

It has a compact dimensions with a height of 234 mm, depth of 227 mm with a width varying approximately between 76 mm and 160 mm allowing it to integrate flexibly to various installations. A robust power compatibility is provided by a 3-phase 400VAC input (+10% / -20%) that supplies the system with a 400VAC bus. With a tolerance of ±20%, ±10% and DC bus voltage maintained at 570VDC, it uses an additional MC34148C2705. The peak current options of 12A, 20A, or 40A are offered, as depending on the load profile, selection is available. Continuous current is delivered at a temperature of 40C of 4A, 7A or 15A that supports the operation under rated conditions.

The DMC2 30515P further specifies continuous RMS current at 40ºC of 2.2A, 4.5A, or 10.5A, allowing consistent current delivery during prolonged use. It provides continuous power at 40ºC of 1.9kW, 3.4kW, or 7.4kW. The module requires a minimum inductance of 10mH, 8mH, or 6mH (phase-to-phase) which optimizes dynamic performance. This controller operates typically at 95% efficiency> at continuous current and thus maximizes energy utilization. The unit uses an < and < communication interface to streamline high-speed data exchange. This also integrates advanced onboard diagnostics that deliver < which improve fault detection and system monitoring.
