Product Description:
The H3801 is an electric cylinder control drive from the API servo drives series produced by Danaher. It regulates the motor’s operation within the electric cylinder to transform electrical energy into accurate linear movement and effectively serves as the intelligent interface between the power source and the actuator.
The H3801 servo control drive has a wall-mounted structure and accepts 115 VAC with 2 A fuse and 230 VAC with 1 A fuse. Among the fuses, one protects the logic control AGC1 while the second safeguards the amplifier. The H3801 control drive includes its own built-in operator panel and keypad so users can control the machine manually with site configuration possible without additional apparatus. Its two status LEDs make the operational diagnostics easier to allow technicians check status information at a glance. The H3801 control drive employs natural convection cooling thus eliminating the requirement for additional cooling systems making it suitable for low maintenance environments with controlled temperatures. It has limited protection thus requires placement inside control cabinets with IP54 rating or better for dust and moisture protection. The operating conditions of H3801 control drive involve temperatures between 0°C and +40°C and supports installation sites at altitudes below 1000 meters above sea level.
The H3801 servo control drive provides accessibility through its marked terminals which include input line, neutral NEUT, ground GND and output M+ and M- for motor control. It has an extra motor ground terminal that functions as a grounding mechanism for safety. For energy storage and noise suppression functions the H3801 control drive offers auxiliary terminals C+ and C- for capacitor connection. It has built-in over temperature, over voltage and over current features to protect the connected equipment and the drive system.
