The Copley Controls XENUS Digital Loop Module 800-1849 is a high-performance control module, which is used for controlling the motor precisely. It has a digital encoder for position feedback and it is equipped with CANopen control for its integration with an automation system. It operates at a frequency of 20 KHz and has the capacity to handle up to 30 watts of power to enable high power regulation. The field-oriented control algorithm improves the motor performance and its resolution is 16 bits which makes it highly accurate.
An additional advantage of the XENUS Digital Loop Module is the passive heatsink cooling system. It does not utilize any fans or liquid cooling system, rather it employs a metal heatsink.
