Copley Controls' 800-352 DC Servo Amplifier is a robust and versatile component capable of working in high-performance applications in industrial environments. The amplifier is designed to be powered by up to 3x 480V, 50 Hz input. It can operate with a minimum of 3x 230V AC input power. The auxiliary power supply is 24 VDC with a tolerance of -0% +15%, allowing it to be used in different voltage conditions. It is designed to operate at ambient temperatures of 32 to 113F, with a relative humidity tolerance of up to 85% without condensation, this servo amplifier is suitable for industrial environments.

The 800-352 DC Servo Amplifier is designed to meet standard operating standards with multiple safety and performance features to help ensure reliable operation. The amplifier is designed for use at site altitudes of ~1000 meters above sea level, without limitations, and complies with pollution level 2 as per EN 60664-1 standards. It is vibration resistant with Class 3M1 compliance under IEC 60721-3-3 standards, which makes it resistant to highly mechanical stressed environments. It also has low noise emissions, no more than 45 dB(A), helping to reduce the noise of the system.

The IP 20 enclosure offers protection against solid objects larger than 12mm in diameter and the amplifier can be mounted vertically to attain optimum performance. The built-in fan-forced convection in this amplifier provides continuous operation with effective cooling. The 800-352 also has a 33 to 66 Ohm internal brake resistance in the electrical brake circuit. An upper switch-on level of 400 - 430V for the brake circuit and a switch-off level of 380 - 410V improve the operational efficiency and safety of the brake.
