The 7428AC is a DC servo amplifier produced by Copley Controls within the DC Servo Amplifiers series. It converts AC mains power into controlled DC outputs that drive brushless or brushed motion axes in industrial automation. The amplifier exchanges configuration data and diagnostic information through integrated serial interfaces. Installed between the motion controller and motor, it regulates current so the actuator follows commanded velocity, torque, or position profiles.
