It links a shared DC bus to the motor and provides regulated current, network communication, and integrated safety functions in one housing. In modular production cells, it supports conveyors, gantries, and processing stations that require compact coordinated motion control.
The power section operates from a nominal DC link of 750 V and switches at a 4 kHz carrier frequency. It can deliver a continuous output current of 67 A at 4 kHz, and it can tolerate short demand peaks of 100 A at 4 kHz without immediate derating.
