The XMS2-W0100ANN-01NETT0NNNN-S03RSN2NNNN0NN is a single-axis inverter module from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the XMS2 ctrlX Drives series. It converts shared DC bus energy into regulated three-phase power for servo and spindle motors. A Multi-Ethernet interface using EtherCAT SoE sends high-speed motion commands without requiring an external gateway.
The module is rated for a common DC bus voltage of DC 750 V. Its power stage provides 67 A continuously at 4 kHz switching frequency, and it can draw as much as 120 A from the link until a cutoff level of 900 V is reached. Internal air cooling moves 74 m3/h through dedicated channels to control semiconductor temperature inside the IP20 enclosure.
During startup, an inrush limiter caps charging time to 20 ms with a peak of 4 A.
