The XMS2-W0100ANN-01NETT0NNNN-S03RSN1NNNN0NN is a single-axis inverter module from the XMS2 ctrlX Drives series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. As a ctrlX DRIVE control section, it converts shared DC bus energy into regulated three-phase output for a connected servo or induction motor. Multi-Ethernet hardware and a dedicated Sercos III interface allow the unit to integrate into modern PLC networks without extra communication cards. In industrial automation cells, the product provides closed-loop speed and torque control, while its Safe Torque Off function permits immediate removal of drive power during safety events.
The power section has an input capacitance of 1.7 mF, which smooths bus ripple and supports dynamic load changes. A nominal DC bus voltage of 750 V establishes the operating range for the internal IGBTs and determines the required insulation clearances inside the IP20 housing. The module has a total mass of 6.2 kg, allowing it to be installed without lifting equipment. At full load, the semiconductors and gate drivers dissipate 587 W, and internal fans provide the required airflow without external heat-sink plates. The IP20 enclosure helps prevent accidental contact with internal components and includes terminals for field wiring. The unit is supplied without a motor connector set, allowing plug styles to be selected to match the connected motor cables.
