The XMS2-W0054ANN-02AETM5NNNN-S06RSN2NNNP5NN is a single-axis inverter module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the XMS2 ctrlX Drives series. Acting as the power section for the ctrlX automation platform, it converts power from a regulated DC bus into variable three-phase output for servo or induction motors used in conveyors, pick-and-place stations, and process lines. A built-in control panel simplifies on-site parameter entry. The ctrlX DRIVEplus control section attaches to the left side of the module and provides motion logic and network interfaces.
The power stage runs from a nominal DC-link voltage of 750 V supplied by the plant’s common bus. During continuous operation at a switching frequency of 4 kHz, the unit delivers 27 A. It can supply up to 54 A for dynamic acceleration or braking events of limited duration. A DC-bus connection rating of 120 A permits parallel coupling to high-capacity supply modules without creating current bottlenecks.
